The conference center offers a total of 6,048 square feet of meeting space, which can be customized to meet all of your groups needs. The conference center is equipped with audio/visual and public address systems. Standard business items such as overhead, DVD and LCD projectors, microphones and stands, podiums, and internet connections are available for rental.

In addition to the conference center, there is a board room that can seat up to 20 people in an executive setting.

Montgomery Bell Golf Course Veranda
Monday - Thursday: $300 per evening
Friday - Sunday: $350 per evening
The Forge Restaurant will provide all event catering.
Veranda rental ends at 10:00 pm. For each additional hour after 10:00 pm, there is a $100 per hour fee.
Located off the back of the clubhouse at the Frank G. Clement Golf Course, the golf course veranda offers a wonderful patio perfect for a wedding reception, meeting, or reunion.
Montgomery Bell Cumberland Presbyterian Church
The Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Montgomery Bell State Park is a beautiful wedding venue. The church is unheated, so it is best utilized in the spring, summer and fall months.
Montgomery Bell Catering
All conferences, meetings and banquets are catered by The Forge Restaurant, located at Montgomery Bell State Park. The Banquet Coordinator is on-site to help with planning all of your group needs. The Forge can also provide catering to events outside of the park. The banquet menu options are available here.
