The Lodge at Montgomery Bell State Park is open but guest elevators are out of service due to water damage related to the recent extreme temperatures. There are a limited number of rooms that will not require the use of stairs. If you require assistance during this time, please notify our staff.

With a beautiful, natural backdrop and full-service facilities, The Lodge Montgomery Bell is the ideal event destination for conferences, weddings, and groups in the Nashville area. Fully renovated in 2020 and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville, the on-site lodging, dining, and catering options allow groups to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing the convenience of venue rentals in metropolitan areas.

In addition to the Lodge, the park's cabins, golfing, hiking, paddling, and mountain biking offer meeting planners everything they need for an incredible group experience. The Lodge at Montgomery Bell offers over 6,000 square feet of flexible event and pre-function space inside the Lodge including a conference center, private board room, and private dining area.

The Lake Acorn Pavilion is an outdoor venue that offers beautiful views of Lake Acorn and accommodates up to 200 people, depending on the setup. It is equipped with restrooms, a fireplace, and electricity. The Lodge lounge provides all bar service. This venue is closed from December – March.

All conferences, meetings, and banquets are catered by the Restaurant at Montgomery Bell. Located in the lodge, the restaurant is open seven days a week and offers on-site and off-site catering. The menus in our Banquet and Event Guide are only suggestions. Creativity is our specialty and we are pleased to custom design menus to best suit your needs. The Banquet Coordinator is on-site to help with planning all of your group needs.
