Full Conference Center: $1,200 per day

The conference center offers a total of 6,048 square feet of meeting space, which can be customized to group size. The conference center is equipped with audio/visual and public address systems. Standard business items such as overhead, DVD and LCD projectors, microphones and stands, podiums, and internet connections are available to rent.

We also have a small boardroom that seats up to 20 people in an executive setting.

Montgomery Bell Golf Course Veranda
Monday - Thursday: $310 per evening
Friday - Sunday: $360 per evening
Located off the back of the clubhouse at the Frank G. Clement Golf Course, the golf course veranda offers a wonderful patio perfect for a wedding reception, meeting, or reunion. This venue can accommodate up 70 people, depending on setup. This venue is closed November - March.
The Restaurant will provide all event catering. Veranda rental ends at 10:00 pm. For each additional hour after 10:00 pm, there is a $100 per hour fee.
Montgomery Bell Lake Acorn Pavilion
Monday – Sunday: $360 per day
The Lake Acorn Pavilion is an outdoor venue that offers beautiful views of Lake Acorn and accommodates up to 200 people, depending on the setup. It is equipped with restrooms, a fireplace, and electricity. The Restaurant provides all event catering. This venue is closed November – March.
Montgomery Bell Catering
All conferences, meetings, and banquets are catered by the Restaurant at Montgomery Bell. Located in the lodge, the restaurant is open seven days a week and offers on-site and off-site catering. The menus in our Banquet and Event Guide are only suggestions. Creativity is our specialty and we are pleased to custom design menus to best suit your needs. The Banquet Coordinator is on-site to help with planning all of your group needs.
