Henry Horton - Meeting and Conference Rooms
Henry Horton offers a versatile and varied selection of meeting spaces for your event. Located near the inn, the conference center/recreation lodge is ideal for weddings, birthday parties and small conferences. In addition to the conference center, there are four large rooms located at the inn that are suited to business presentations, corporate seminars and banquets. There are also two additional meeting rooms located in The Governor's Table restaurant that are ideal for chamber breakfasts and private dining.
Overhead projectors, microphones with speakers, flipcharts, easels and dry erase boards may be reserved and an LCD projector is available for daily rental. Catering is offered by The Governor's Table Restaurant.
Monday - Thursday: $260 per day (additional $200 per day, if not using the Governor's Table Catering)
Friday - Sunday: $415 per day (additional $200 per day, if not using the Governor's Table Catering)
With great exterior space and wood burning fireplace, the Conference Lodge has kitchen, restrooms and can accommodate up to 300 guests. The number of guests may vary based on the set-up. The Conference Lodge also has a stage at the front and is set just across the parking lot from the main Lodge. The hours for rental are 7am-12am. The rental charges include tables and chairs, set up and clean-up. For additional fees we offer table cloths, skirting, and audio/visual equipment for rental to personalize your needs. We have a variety of linen colors to choose from.
Conference Room A: $110 per day

Conference Room C: $80 per day
Conference Room D: $80 per day
There are four meeting rooms located at the inn. Rooms A and B are on the ground floor and offer a total of 1,175 square feet of meeting space. Each room can accommodate 25 to 50 people, depending on the seating configuration. When combined, rooms A and B will seat up to 125 people seated theater style or 100 classroom style.
Rooms C and D are located on the upper level and offer a total of 792 square feet of meeting space. Each room seats 15 people classroom style or 25 people theater style. When combined, rooms C and D will seat up to 50 people depending on the seating configuration. Floors are carpeted and the rooms are conveniently accessed by a nearby elevator or stairs.
All conference rooms have been recently updated and are equipped with Dolby 5.1 channel audio and state of the art 4k video.
Henry Horton Boardroom
$50 per day
Located in The Henry Horton Inn, this newly renovated executive boardroom is great for your next meeting or small gathering! It contains a boardroom style table and chairs to accommodate 15 people.
Ellington Room at The Governor's Table Restaurant
$155 per day
The Ellington Room is located inside The Governor’s Table Restaurant and can be closed off to provide a private dining/event space and can accommodate up to 150 guests. No outside food can be brought in.
The Tipped Canoe at The Governor's Table Restaurant (Formerly the McCord Room)
$50 per day
Perfect for a small meeting or party, the Tipped Canoe is a newly renovated space with full bar. It seats up to 40 people. This space is available for rental Sunday through Thursday only.

The Duck River Shoreline
$155 per day
This space is perfect for your dream outdoor wedding! It features a large grassy area overlooking the Duck River. With the spectacular natural setting, this space can be customized based on specific events needs.
