October Waterfall Tour 2019

Join State Naturalist Randy Hedgepath and Naturalist Holly Taylor on a three-day exploration of some of our most beautiful state waterfalls. This outdoor adventure features the waterfalls at Burgess Falls State Park, Cummins Falls State Park, Frozen Head State Park, Rock Island State Park and the spectacular beauty of Piney Falls State Natural Area. The tours focus on the beauty and history of these stunning falls and include legends and folklore, and other educational and interpretive programs unique to each location.

We will conclude the tour with a visit to Ozone Falls and Black Mountain State Natural Areas. The tours focus on the beauty and history of these majestic falls and include legends and folklore, and other educational and interpretive programs unique to each location. .
