Program components cover a diverse array of initiatives, including energy and water conservation through equipment and operations upgrades, recycling programs, projects to enhance ecosystem health, and erosion control, among many others.

  • Red Clay State Park has recently upgraded all of the visitor center’s lighting to energy efficient LED and they have already seen a huge difference in electricity consumption.
  • The HVAC system has also been upgraded to a more energy efficient model.
  • They contribute to ecosystem health with planted butterfly gardens and native plants.
