Cabins

Standard

Rates: $85 — $135 Taxes and fees are not included. Rates subject to change. $5 reservation fee per cabin is non-refundable. $10 cancellation fee per cabin applies.

Two of our standard cabins (#'s 8 and 10) have two bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms has one double bed.

Three of our standard cabins (#'s 6, 7, and 9) have three bedrooms. Cabins #6 and #7 each consist of: one room with a king bed; one room with a double bed; and one room with one bunk bed. Cabin #9 consists of one room with one king bed and two rooms that each have one double bed.

The standard cabins also have a kitchen, bathroom, and dining room/living room. These cabins are equipped with cooking utensils and linens. Each of these cabins has central heat and air conditioning. They also have a fireplace, which can be used year-round. Guests can purchase certified heat treated firewood from the park, or are welcome to bring their own certified heat treated firewood. These cabins do not have a television or telephone. These cabins sleep 4-6 people.

One standard cabin is designated as pet-friendly.  Additional charge per pet, per night applies.

Economy Suites

The five suites are adjoining with interconnecting doors for those who have two or more reserved. Each individual unit has one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and a living room and kitchenette downstairs. They also have a back patio. These units are equipped with cooking utensils and linen. The units have central heat and air conditioning. They also have a wood-burning stove, which can be used from October 1 through March 31. Guests can purchase certified heat treated firewood from the park, or are welcome to bring their own certified heat treated firewood. The units do not have a television or telephone. They sleep between 1-4 people.

Premium

The Premium cabins have three bedrooms with four beds (master bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom has one king size bed, third bedroom has two double beds). They also have a kitchen, dining room/ living room, two bathrooms, and a back open-air covered porch. The cabins are equipped with cooking utensils, linen, and a television with a built-in DVD player and cable service. The units have central heat and air conditioning, as well as a gas fireplace. The cabins sleep between 1-8 people.

Pickett Historic CCC Wood Shingle Cabins

The historic wood shingle cabins are #1 and #4. They are open April 1 through November 30. There are two beds in the living room/bedroom area.

The Civilian Conservation Corps built these cabins in the 1930s, as part of Roosevelt's famed New Deal Program during the Great Depression. All of the historic CCC cabins are equipped with cooking utensils and linens and sleep up to four people. There are two double beds in each cabin. Cabins do not have telephones, televisions, or heat and air conditioning. The cabins have a fireplace which may be used year-round. The park provides free firewood for the rustic cabins from October to the end of March. During the rest of the year, guests may purchase certified heat treated firewood from the park, for $5.00 a bundle. Electric space heaters are also available upon request. All rustic cabins have charcoal grills and picnic tables close to each cabin. All have screened in porches.

The historic rustic stone CCC cabins are #'s 2, #3, and #5. The cabins have one bed in the bedroom and one bed in the living room.
