Edgar Evins State Park cabin rentals sit on the shoreline overlooking Center Hill Lake. Located just 65 miles east of Nashville, Edgar Evins is an ideal destination for kayaking, canoeing, boating and hiking while relaxing on the water. It is an easy and convenient cabin rental option for anyone looking to enjoy the Caney Fork River. In the summer months, cabin guests can even enjoy exclusive access to the park's swimming pool. The pool is open 9:00am - 10:00pm daily from Memorial Day - Labor Day. There is a marina on the park that operates slip rentals, boat rentals, and a restaurant. Plus, the spiraling staircase ascending from the Visitor Center up above the treeline and overlooking the lake is one of those iconic Tennessee State Park experiences you won't want to miss. 

The cabins are similar to condos. They are a split-level design with the kitchen and living area on the upper level and the bedroom on the lower level with the bathroom by the entrance foyer. Each suite can accommodate six adults with two double beds in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The suites are located across a six-building lodging complex. Five buildings house six one-bedroom suites and one building contains four one-bedroom suites.

The suites are completely equipped for housekeeping including linens, appliances and cooking and serving utensils. All the suites have satellite TV, central heat and air conditioning and a balcony. There is one double barbeque grill in front of each building available on a first come first served basis.

There are no assigned parking spaces per unit, parking is on a first come first served basis. The park's courtesy dock for cabin guests provides 16 boat slips that are available on a first come first served basis. There are no assigned slips per unit.

Cabins are available by reservation year-round with a two night minimum (holidays and other special events may require longer minimum stays) and can be reserved up to a year in advance online with reservations being made through the park office up to two years in advance. Check-out time is 10:00AM. Pets are only permitted in Suites B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6. Absolutely no grills allowed on the balcony at any time. 

Maximum consecutive stay from March 1 through November 30 in any cabin is 14 nights. From December 1 to February 29, the maximum stay is 28 nights. Any request for stay lengths beyond these limits must be approved by the Director of Operations or the Director of Hospitality.
