There are 11 historic CCC cabins. All have been recently renovated. There is a king bed in the common area and one twin bed in a separate bedroom. Linens are provided. Amenities include a fireplace and a new refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Outside there is a picnic table and a grill. Parking is provided in front of each cabin.
Historic CCC cabins are numbers one, two, three, four, five, six, nine, 10, 11, 13, and 14.
Maximum consecutive stay from March 1 through November 30 in any cabin is 14 nights. From December 1 to February 29, the maximum stay is 28 nights. Any request for stay lengths beyond these limits must be approved by the Director of Operations or the Director of Hospitality.
Timber Lodge Three-Bedroom Cabins

The park has three Timber Lodge log cabins overlooking Byrd Lake. These Timber Lodge cabins consist of three bedrooms and one full bath. Two bedrooms contain two double beds and the third bedroom has one double bed, accommodating up to 10 people. Each cabin is fully furnished with all dishes, cooking utensils, linens and central heat and air.

Deluxe Two-Bedroom Cabins

Cumberland Mountain State Park has eight deluxe cabins. These cabins are fully furnished with all dishes, cooking utensils, linens, and central heat and air.
Each cabin has two bedrooms and two baths. There is a king-size bed in one bedroom, and two full-size beds in the other bedroom. Each cabin accommodates up to six people.

Coon Hollow Cabin

Coon Hollow was renovated in 2020. The Coon Hollow Cabin can accommodate six people. It has two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with a double bed in each bedroom. It is fully furnished with all cooking utensils, linens, a fireplace, and central heat and air.
Mill House Stone Cabin

This gorgeous stone cabin was renovated in 2020. It now offers central heat and air conditioning and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a two-story cabin with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The Mill House is fully furnished with dishes, cooking utensils and linens. The cabin has a patio on the backside that faces the creek. Mill House Cabin offers guests a secluded getaway as it is not close to any of the other cabins.

Standard Cabins

Five standard cabins are nestled among the trees. Cabins have two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Linens are provided. Capacity is four people. A full kitchen, fireplace, picnic table, and grill round out the amenities. Firewood is available October 1 through April 30. Parking is available in front of each cabin. Standard cabins are 7, 8, 12, 15, and 16.

Duplex Cabins

Cumberland Mountain has eight duplex cabins. These cabins sleep two people. Each cabin has one full bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. There is a shared wall with the adjoining duplex unit, but no interior access. Linens, dishes, and utensils are provided and all have air conditioning. Each has a picnic table, a grill, and parking.
Duplexes are cabins 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b, 19a, 19b, 20a, and 20b.
