The Lodge at Henry Horton is situated along the beautiful Duck River just 60 minutes south of Nashville. Located at Henry Horton State Park, the Lodge is a relaxing getaway whether you are planning a wedding, family reunion, small conference or retreat.

The on-site lodging, dining, and catering options allow groups to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing the convenience of venue rentals in metropolitan areas. In addition to the Lodge, the park's cabins, 18-hole golf course, hiking, paddling and disc golf course offers meeting planners everything they need for an incredible group experience.
The Event Space
The Lodge offers four meeting rooms with 2,000 sq. feet of space to accommodate 15-90 person groups. There is also a 228 sq. feet private boardroom perfect for private meetings in an executive environment.
For large groups, The Conference Hall, located in a separate building near the Lodge, offers 3,150 sq. feet of flexible event space that can host up to 300 people.

Conference Room A: $113 per day
Conference Room B: $113 per day
Conference Room C: $82 per day
Conference Room D: $82 per day
There are four meeting rooms located at the Lodge at Henry Horton. Rooms A and B are on the ground floor and offer a total of 1,175 square feet of meeting space. Each room can accommodate 25 to 50 people, depending on the seating configuration. When combined, rooms A and B will seat up to 125 people seated theater-style or 100 classroom-style.
Rooms C and D are located on the upper level and offer a total of 792 square feet of meeting space. Each room seats 15 people classroom style or 25 people theater style. When combined, rooms C and D will seat up to 50 people depending on the seating configuration. Floors are carpeted and the rooms are conveniently accessed by a nearby elevator or stairs.
All conference rooms have been recently updated and are equipped with Dolby 5.1 surround sound and 4k video.
Located in the Lodge at Henry Horton, this newly renovated executive boardroom is great for your next meeting or small gathering! It contains a boardroom-style table and chairs to accommodate 15 people.
