Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set myself up in the new website for the first time?

Click on the Manage Account button on our home page. It will take you to the Log In page.
  • If you've given us your email address, simply click on "First Time Logging In" and we'll send you an email to change your password. Follow the link in that email to complete your registration, and you're done!
  • If we don't have your email address, or if you're not sure, CLICK HERE and fill out the form. We will be happy to get you all set up.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Click on the Manage Account button on our home page. Next, enter your email address and password. (We highly suggest clicking the Remember Me box!) The Log In button will take you to your Account Information page. Here you can see your subscriptions, invoices, and change your password or mailing address. Feel free to explore — you can't break anything!

What's a renewal code?

We love this feature on the Log In page because it can easily tell you if you've already renewed your current subscription — or you can use it to quickly renew. It's a code at the top left of your mailing label — a string of numbers and letters. Just plug it in on the Log In page under Renew By Code, along with your zip code. 

How do I renew subscriptions from my Account Information page?

It's easy! After logging in, you'll go to your Account Information page. Click the big round "Subscriptions" button to see a list of your subscriptions. Click on the green three-dot ellipsis all the way to the right of your screen. That ellipsis lets you view details OR easily renew a personal or gift subscription.

Why can't I renew with a different subscription plan?

You absolutely can pick a different plan, but our new system recognizes the different plans as being different products. So it won't renew a digital subscription as a print subscription, or a print subscription as a print + digital, etc. If you want to start enjoying a different plan, simply head to our home page and pick a new plan. Then, drop us a line at TN.Conservationist@tn.gov and we'll make sure that your dates don't overlap and that you get every single issue that's coming to you!

Why can't I renew gifts using a different subscription plan?

Same reason as above. And you'll do the same thing here, too. Go ahead and gift the new plan (we appreciate your support!), and we'll be glad to ensure the dates line up correctly if you alert us at TN.Conservationist@tn.gov.

What if I don't have an email address?

Our new subscription management system recognizes subscribers using their email address. If you do not have an email address, call us at 615-532-0060 or subscribe using the bind-in card that comes with your magazine, and we'll be happy to help. Just so you know, we are 100% committed to cybersecurity, and to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We will never sell, rent, or lease your contact data to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual or company.

Why is the expiration date on my label incorrect?

Our new subscription management platform, MagHub, handles subscriptions a bit differently than we have done in the past. Instead of being extended, your subscriptions are compiled, like books on a shelf. You can see all your subscription info, including start and expiration dates, in your personal Account Management page on our website.
