Effective Friday, Jan. 20, 2017: The 2.5-mile, multi-use Deer Trail at Natchez Trace State Park is closed. This is a permanent closure.
Natchez Trace - Meeting and Conference Rooms
Pin Oak Inn and Conference Center
The Pin Oak Inn and Conference Center offers over 3,000 square feet of meeting/banquet space in three conference rooms, which will accommodate up to 150 people, depending on set-up style. This space can be divided into two rooms to easily accommodate smaller functions. Pin Oak A and Pin Oak B each hold up to 75 people and rent for $125 per day. Price for the whole conference center is $250 per day. Internet service is available in the conference center.
Located in the Pin Oak Inn and Conference Center, the Natchez Room offers over 1,000 square feet of banquet space. Depending on the set-up style, this room can hold up to 105 people. The price is $150 per day to rent the Natchez Room.
Cub Lake Recreation Lodge
The Cub Lake Recreation Lodge is located on Cub Creek Lake. This beautiful, historic building was built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The recreation lodge has 2,400 sq. ft. and is used for reunions, weddings, receptions and parties. It can accommodate up to 220 people, depending on set-up style. The lodge does not have Internet accessibility. Daily rental minimums may apply. Prices are:
- Monday-Thursday: $250 a day
- Friday-Sunday: $300 a day
More Information About Natchez Trace
The Western Spur Restaurant, located in the Pin Oak Inn and Conference Center, can accommodate any catering requests at venues throughout Natchez Trace State Park.
Group reservations can be taken up to five years in advance for groups staying at the Inn or cabins.

Natchez Trace - Group Lodge
Rates: $532 Taxes and fees are not included. Rates subject to change.
The Group Lodge can house between 64-72 people. The group lodge consists of five separate cottages, four of which sleep 10 each and one which will accommodate eight, each with full kitchens, two full baths, dining room, living room and deck with a picnic table. All sleeping arrangements are bunk beds and linens are not furnished. There is also a bunkhouse that sleeps 24 people. The administration building has a commercial kitchen and four break out rooms. It is available March - November with reservations taken up to five years in advance.
