Montgomery Bell - Meeting and Conference Rooms
The conference center offers a total of 6,048 square feet of meeting space, which can be customized to meet all of your groups needs. The conference center is equipped with audio/visual and public address systems. Standard business items such as overhead, DVD and LCD projectors, microphones and stands, podiums, and internet connections are available.
In addition to the conference center, there is a board room that can seat up to 20 people in an executive setting. Price is $125 a day.
Cumberland Presbyterian Church
The Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Montgomery Bell State Park is a beautiful wedding venue. The church is unheated, so it is best utilized in the spring, summer and fall months.
Open from spring through fall, the CCC group camp has 34 individual rustic cabins that sleep up to 120 people and a large dining hall with a full service kitchen and fireplace. Prices are:
- $250 a day for 70 people. There is an additional $2 per person charge for 71-120 people
Golf Course Veranda
Located off the back of the clubhouse at the Frank G. Clement Golf Course, the golf course veranda offers a wonderful patio perfect for a wedding reception, meeting, or reunion. Prices are:
- $300 per evening if using park catering
- $450 per evening if not using park catering
All conferences, meetings and banquets are catered by The Forge Restaurant, located at Montgomery Bell State Park. The Banquet Coordinator is on-site to help with planning all of your group needs. The Forge can also provide catering to events outside of the park. The banquet menu options are available here.
