Cumberland Mountain State Park’s standard cabins consist of two private bedrooms and two baths. Each bedroom contains two full size beds, accommodating up to eight people. These cabins are fully furnished with all dishes, cooking utensils, linens, central heat and air.
In addition, Cumberland Mountain State Park also has three Timber Lodge log cabins overlooking Byrd Lake.
These Timber Lodge cabins consist of three private bedrooms and one full bath. Two bedrooms contain two full-size beds and the third bedroom has one full-size bed, accommodating up to 10 people. Each cabin is fully furnished with all dishes, cooking utensils, linens and central heat and air.
Rates: $85 — $100
Rustic cabins are nestled in the woods at Cumberland Mountain State Park in either a one or two bedroom configuration. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, fireplaces (except single cabins), linens, picnic tables and grills. Firewood is provided for those cabins with fireplaces, October 1 through April 30. Parking is provided in the front of each cabin.
The one bedroom cabins have a full size bed in the bedroom, and another full size bed in the living room. Cabins with two private bedrooms each contain a full size bed. Both will sleep up to a total of four people.
The Coon Hollow cabin can accommodate six people. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs with a double bed in each bedroom. It is fully furnished with all cooking utensils, linens, fireplace, and central heat and air.
This cabin is perfect for groups such as scouts, etc. The Mill House cabin can accommodate up to 16 people. It is a two story cabin with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Each bedroom houses four sets of bunk beds.
The Mill house is fully furnished with dishes, cooking utensils and linens. Cabin has a patio on the back side which faces the creek. Mill House Cabin is not close to any of the other cabins.
