Tennessee State Parks

Davy Crockett Birthplace State Park

The Nolichucky River flows through the park and provides good fishing for Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass, crappie, Bluegill, Redeye and catfish. Bank fishing and wade fishing is good. Small boats may be carried through the park and launched at the designated access point. Fishing is decent with live bait though better with artificial bait and lures.
