This statewide event encourages people to complete a variety of activities and challenges in Tennessee State Parks. Through these challenges, you and your team have the opportunity to explore all of Tennessee’s beautiful State Parks, create new and lasting memories, and become a healthy and active citizen. You can participate by yourself or as a team with your friends or family members.
When you sign up, we will send you the official Tennessee State Parks Adventure Challenge Brochure, which features 31 exciting challenges for 2017. With each challenge you and your team complete, challenge points are earned. Take a photo of you and your team completing the challenge, upload the photo to the Tennessee State Parks Adventure Challenge facebook page with the hashtags #TSPAdventureChallenge #FindYourAdventure, and keep track of the points you earn. Teams who participate in the Adventure Challenge will have the opportunity to earn rewards throughout the year, and will also have the chance to be entered in the Adventure Challenge Year End Rewards drawings. Rewards change every year, giving you the opportunity to win something different again and again.
Registration only takes a few minutes and once complete you and your team will be all set to begin your adventure.
While the official start date for Adventure Challenge is January 1st, you may sign up at any time during the year to begin your adventure. The final day to submit your completed challenges is December 15th.
Tennessee State Parks protect natural and cultural environments. Your planning, alertness, and respect will help ensure safe visits to the parks. However, safety cannot be guaranteed when outdoors because hazards are inevitable elements in our natural environments. To help avoid unsafe situations when visiting a park, please use common sense, and respect the natural and cultural resources while following any rules or guidelines posted at each park.
